I recently refinanced my home loan with help of Mitchell at Jennings an got very competitive rates to suit me. The whole experience was very pleasant with all open and clear communication, timely and hassle free execution. Staff is very professional and friendly.

Mitch waa Initially nice but has very poor value and respect for people. Turned out to be a very rude person at the end when I was asking for updates and timely responses. As we neared settlement, He made me feel disrespected and was absolutely Rude on the Phone. I wouldn’t wish to speak with him over the phone again after that experience. After settlement there was a complete error on my Interest Rates, I emailed and got no response again. A serious issue for me as it costed me more in repayments, and it would have costed me lots more if I realised this later. But there was no follow ups to ensure everything went across accurately for me. It was up to me to to call the bank and sort this error! The main issue faced here is responses and the manner in which phone conversations are done. I still do thank them Mitch and Liezl for their work and effort on my refinancing. I hope customers are treated equally and respectfully in future as I completely hated the tone I received from Mitch towards the end of this transaction. Dissapointed but I guess thats my genuine true feedback. I was initially hesitant to write this feedback, but since its been asked of me, Id rather say what I truly felt.

We had a more challenging mortgage deal to broker and in a tight timeline! Mitch handled our deal extremely well, kept us informed along the way and pushed things along with the finance company. We highly recommend Mitch and Jennings Mortgages.
