Nathan was able to give us the market value of the unit almost instantaneously. He communicated with us in a very timely manner, even outside of office hours when required. Being first home buyers, everything was a bit daunting, but Nathan walked us through everything we needed to do and managed to find us the loan we needed at a very good rate (better than we had expected based on our own research). It was all in all a very easy process with Nathan, I would definitely recommend using his service, whether buying a first home or subsequent homes. Nathan also was very quick in the whole process, we got our loan approved the same day the application was lodged (which was also done quickly, Nathan only had to wait for us to send our documents to him and he complied a plan and sent the application immediately). We have been very pleased with the service, which includes follow up every now and then to discuss home value, renovations, or any plans to sell in the future.
