We initially engaged Nathan just to remortgage our existing property to clear some debts. He did this with no mess no fuss and I think we were sorted in a few weeks which was fabulous. We then decided to sell that place and that's where the fun began. We were selling, then we weren't, then we were buying an established and then on the turn of a dime we went and bought a block of land and started planning to build. We went from a regular mortgage to a construction loan and Nathan handled all our changes with patience and never made us feel a bother. He was creative in his approaches to the loans as we didn't quite fit the perfect scenario. He was quick to respond to many queries we had, recalculated many many times to work out what we needed to sell our place at to get what we needed for each different scenario. Then once in the construction loan he helped to follow up the bank for progress payments and sorting any issues that arose. Nathan was very helpful and supportive during what was a trying time with many different moving parts and this was very much appreciated.

Nathan has been an absolute champion every step of the way through a very trying building experience. Prior to purchase Nathan stepped us through the dizzying amount of options available from multiple banks to ensure that we got the best rates and the best product to suit our circumstance. We signed a contract to build a house in early 2019, which has been an ongoing saga. Despite covid impacting construction and a global materials shortage causing us many a headache, Nathan has always been there to ease the financial side of things and to ensure we were ready from our side of things. He has escalated and advocated for us at every point during each phases of construction to ensure that we were never late with funding. Even now as we are days from handover, Nathan has provided sound advice on ways we could look at our mortgage to save us money in the near future as well as setting us up for our next property down the track. I would recommend Nathan in a heartbeat and have already recommended him to another friend who has purchased in the last year. If you want someone who will always been on your side this is the right guy for that.
