Josh and Nathan have sorted our house matters numerous times over now. They still currently help us with matters like interest rates and are always there to help! I would not recommend anyone else.

Nathan and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful and always replied to our queries quickly and effectively. There was a couple of things that were missed like the incorrect amount of our loan being applied for and the frequency of repayments, which made me feel the level of attention to detail could improve, but overall satisfied with the service.
My loan requirements were a little unique. Nathan and his team of Skye, and Angela researched the best product for me and gave me a couple of options. I am very happy with the end result. Their knowledge of the market and products available seemed good. The team were AT ALL TIMES professional, prompt, and did what they said they would, when they said they would. There was good communication with emails and texts. Skye was particularly patient with me on one fairly long phone call explaining things. I would thoroughly recommend Birdie Wealth to others.

Nathan and his team very helpful and easy to work with. They provided many lending options and then made a recommendation. They communicated well thought out the process and were easy to contact when we had questions. We used their service with zoom and phone call only which worked well for us during covid Times and to work around our shift working schedules. We hope to use them again in the near future.
