Nathan and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful and always replied to our queries quickly and effectively. There was a couple of things that were missed like the incorrect amount of our loan being applied for and the frequency of repayments, which made me feel the level of attention to detail could improve, but overall satisfied with the service.

Their knowledge of the market and products available seemed good. The team were AT ALL TIMES professional, prompt, and did what they said they would, when they said they would.
