We were given Nathan's details from a friend who was in a similar situation (a single income family) they said he worked magic with their mortgage. I was optimistic, so we called him and that's when everything changed. He realised early this would be a challenge but I think that gave him more motivation. The initial process of finding out what we needed to do so we could put a strong case forward, did take a couple of months however Nathan assured us this would be our best shot. 3 year's on and we love our home and our location, we listened to all his advice from the first meeting and have managed to re finance to a better rate and take our in-laws off as they were guarantor. Not only did he get us approved he also made my wife feel at ease which is a big thing. He is a professional and very efficient and because of our experience we will continue to rely on him for our mortgage advice as we look towards buying a 2nd home.
