We were very pleased with the communication between all parties regarding the changeover of policies. Any minor problems that we encountered were rectified as soon as possible. Exchanging of documents was relatively easy. Everything was explained along the way. This procedure at times can be a long drawn out process but it was made easier by Nathans skills & communication.
