Dealing with Nevada Matthews was a great experience. Although banks are very stringent nowadays, we eventually got thorough all their red tape and processes. The sting in the tail was the bank (Westpac) we had chosen, managed to drag out settlement for so long that interest rates had risen the day before settlement. I had to write a really stern letter of complaint to the bank to get them to fix the situation. Banks are just arrogant and don't give a toss about consumers. Again, all of the above wasn't due to anything Nevada did or didn't do. Dealing with him was a great experience and he did the best he could.

Nevada did an excellent job given that the financial institution and their choice of assessor were very difficult to deal with.

As a business owner, borrowing large sums for the purchase of a house is problematic. In these times of tougher lending requirements, Nevada certainly earned his commission. I'll recommend Nevada to all my friends and network.
