Good market knowledge. Excellent presentation of information & comparison. We were disappointed that the estimation was pretty different to the actual amount we could borrow. Considering we are single income self employed, we submitted during the crazy 2021 Xmas period and we ended up with a house that fit the revised budget we were pretty happy with the result. The tight timeframes we put on the deal meant Nevada personally hand delivered the documents to the bank!

I would definitely recommend Nevada, he is knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. He gave us few options that would suit us but listened what is best for us and for our circumstances.
