Hi - I highly recommend Nicole as a mortgage broker. I am looking to purchase a property. I had worked with my bank to get the loans established. However, the bank advised that they needed a sales advice before sending out a property valuer. This meant if I continued with the bank, I could not purchase properties that were for auction, due to the time involved to value the property. Most good properties in Sydney are listed 'For Auction'. I then switched to Nicole's business. The key difference is that Nicole is highly strategic, whereas the Bank is more focussed on the transactional. I am currently looking for a property.
