Myself and brother have a unique situation of being self employed and living on large average. As a self-employed professional, I've found there are always challenges in getting approval with the combination of company and individual financial information required. Nicole's knowledge of what was required allowed her to present the information in the best way for us, and negotiated with the bank's business managers to obtain the mortgage without requiring us to cancel any credit cards, which we have had to do in the past. We were always kept up to date, with clear information on what was required, and the team assisted us in getting the correct information out of our current institutions. Look no further: Pink Finance is the dream team. My husband, our daughters, and I live on a humble hobby farm which has been in his family since the early 1980s.
