As our broker, Paul went above and beyond to help my husband and I understand our budget, know our limits and secure a loan. He was kind, committed to our goals, and easily contactable over the 6-12 months we were looking for houses and making offers. This included keeping our financial assessments up to date even after changing jobs and assisting us with new figures for various scenarios and properties that we were considering. Paul was professional, kind and more than willing to explain every step of the process in an easy to understand way. He also ensured we found the best suited provider and assisted us in understanding and setting up offset account.
