Paul was referred to me by two friends who had both used his services to purchase their first apartments. He was really easy going and friendly and it was good to get to know him. I had lots of questions throughout the journey and he would always come back to me within the day -- either by phone call or email -- to chat through them. I really leaned on his experience when it came to suggesting the right bank/financial set-up for the loan, which I really appreciated (given it was all pretty daunting). He also gave me advice and extra confidence for when working with the other figures in the home-buying process (real-estate agents, solicitors, etc). While Paul has his own suggestions on the kind of properties I should be targeting, he was very open and flexible to going with other options I had in mind.
