Paul is a machine. When our settlement date was moved up unexpectedly by a property developer, he managed to secure finance for us in just a few days. He moved heaven and earth negotiating with banks and getting us a great deal. We narrowly managed to settle in time for the deadline and avoided unwanted fees.
