Rachael is a superstar. We have put our full trust in her for multiple loans but this one has been the most important to date - our own home upgrade. It was as complex as they get with a simultaneous settlement and with us having other investment properties as well as being self employed, but she handled it with every confidence. She has a great team behind her and provides all information needed in language that everyone understands. She makes you feel important, not just a number, and becomes like a trusted friend. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

I had a great experience working with Rachael throughout my home loan process. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. Rachael made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and easy to navigate. Her communication was excellent, and I always felt informed and supported every step of the way. I highly recommend Rachael to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated mortgage broker.

Professional in every way

Her knowledge and understanding of the market is well above anyone we have ever used. Well done whatever she can to get the best outcome for her clients.

We decided to invest in a property that we would have previously thought out of reach for us. The team looked after us and answered every question we had throughout the process (no matter how silly or trivial some of them may have seemed). We were never left wondering and the communication from the team gave us reassurance that we were being looked after and getting the best deal possible.

Rachael is a thorough & knowledgeable professional who forges outstanding working relationships with her clients.

Another seamless refinance completed with Rach and her team.

Rachael was amazing to deal with from start to finish. She made the whole loan process simple, clear, and stress-free, and kept me informed every step of the way.
