Unbelievable to work with, honest, fast and unreal communication. Can’t wait to work with Rachael a lot more in the future
Working with Rachael was a pleasure from the very beginning. She turned what could have been a complicated SMSF mortgage process into something clear, manageable, and stress free. Rachael took the time to get to know our goals, walked us through each step with confidence, and never hesitated to explain things in a way that made sense to us. Jasmine and I really appreciate not only her expertise, but also the consistent support we receive from the entire Infinity team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rachael to anyone searching for a mortgage broker who is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in their clients’ success.
This is the second time I've worked with Rachael and it was just as impressive as the first. She makes the whole process of finance and mortgages incredibly efficient, keeping me informed each step of the way. I am so grateful for her support and genuine excitement. Rachael is the best in the business - trustworthy with extensive knowledge and has a laugh along the way.
Rachael Howlett helped me refinance both my home loan and investment property, and the whole process was easy and seamless. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated the whole way through, and made what usually feels stressful incredibly simple. I’m really happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Rachael to anyone looking to refinance or improve their lending setup.

Dear Rachael, I want to express my deepest gratitude for everything you’ve done. You have opened doors and opportunities that my family and I never thought possible, and because of your guidance, our future now looks brighter than we could have ever imagined. You are far more than just a mortgage broker or finance strategist to us—you’ve become someone we consider part of our family. Your dedication, care, and expertise have made an incredible difference in our lives in such a short period of time, and for that, we are truly thankful. From the bottom of my heart, thank you again.
