Rachael has been amazing through our process of refinancing and assisting us with our investment goals by using equity in our home. She was very thorough in making sure we understood the financial plan based on our goals we had outlined prior and how we are going to benefit financially. She presented options to us all in great depth - more than what we had received previously from another broker .
