Rachael (and Renata) made the process simple, hassle-free and financially beneficial, at a time when lenders were being ultra-cautious due to perceived Covid financial risk. She was able to expertly navigate the difficult and ever-changing lending requirements, which were exacerbated by a complicated property transfer. Rachael's vast knowledge and multiple contacts and experience with lenders allowed her to determine, and sound out, those who had the greatest appetite for providing finance - at the most beneficial terms - to suit my specific circumstances. In this way she was able to shop around for the best deal in a way that would be impossible for me (without submitting multiple applications with different lenders, which not only would have taken a great deal of time, but also potentially adversely affected my credit rating, by recording multiple attempts on my credit record).
