My partner had used this establishment and agent previously on a number of different occasions; so as part of a word-of-mouth, I though we'd give it ago. The first time under a provision where my partner and I decided to use this agent and see if we could get some options when compared to the Big-4 or one of the smaller credit unions if we had to do it ourselves. The communication is excellent when using the agent the first time; the second time, through a refinance option... well as you know, life changes happen and whether it was good or bad timing, it had to be done. The logic and reasoning behind the agent wanting us to move to a different provider perhaps would be been beneficial, though choosing the lender the first time, the process in itself was rather complicated, and having to choose another provider upon refinancing, would probably not make much sense and create potentially additional problems. Anyway, the agent conceded and we stuck to the same provider, though we experienced a range of communication issues with the same lender, communicating with different representatives, having to sign repetitive documentation, creating delays and so on. Now that we have used this agent for a second time together with my partner, the experience is mutually beneficial that an agent creates a tailored and professional relationship with their client that can cater to needs as time moves forwards. We will definitely go back to this agent in the future for all of our financial needs. The only reason why the rating is not 5-stars and instead 4-stars; is most notably due to the communication side of things, that perhaps could have gone smoother. Thanks for reading.
