Amazing broker for first home buyer!

I had a fantastic experience with Rachael Hunter and her assistant Jane throughout the process of purchasing my first home. Rachael was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and thorough, and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel much easier. What really stood out was how much she went above and beyond. She took the time to explain the differences between buying into townhouses in smaller complexes versus larger developments, including things I would never have thought to consider as a first home buyer. Her knowledge of the local area was also invaluable and gave me a much better understanding of what to look for when making such an important decision. Rachael and Jane were both wonderful to deal with, and I felt well supported throughout the process. They also communicated directly with my chosen conveyancer, which helped make everything run more smoothly and took some of the stress out of the process.
