Being first home buyers we had no idea what we were doing or even where to start! Renee and Ivanka were and still are amazing. They have put up with our panicked emails and text messages at all times of the day and night. They have shown patience and understanding the entire time when they should have just blocked us 🤣. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done. Way above anything we would have expected from a broker. At no point did we feel like we were alone and anytime we felt a bit lost they took the time to explain things to us in a way we could understand! We have just managed to secure our first home and my partner and I both know this wouldn't have been at all possible without Renee and Ivanka.
