My partner and I still now reflect on Renee's work and just comment simply 'She saved us'. After enduring a difficult twelve months from having sustained some very serious personal injuries, our combined income had been affected and we needed to adjust our loan to a better rate with a more supportive lender. Renee accomplished that with us going from interest only, to P & I, and also after two attempts where we were told 'No'. It certainly was a stressful period for our family, start of December through until late January with wondering if and how we could stay afloat and keep our home.
