My partner and I still now reflect on Renee's work and just comment simply 'She saved us'. After enduring a difficult twelve months from having sustained some very serious personal injuries, our combined income had been affected and we needed to adjust our loan to a better rate with a more supportive lender. Renee accomplished that with us going from interest only, to P & I, and also after two attempts where we were told 'No'. It certainly was a stressful period for our family, start of December through until late January with wondering if and how we could stay afloat and keep our home. Renee made this easier with her communication and positive outlook, not to mention her rationale and decision making skills. My partner and I are looking only forward now to continuing to do more with Renee Garsia into the future, as she was the one broker amongst the others who we knew we could trust. In essence to all of this, Renee had our settlement hit our account with extra equity to account for the next twelve months of bills to be paid upfront. This is still a head turner for us, as it happened three weeks before the COVID lock down and restrictions happened in March, 2020. Renee Garsia is an outstanding mortgage and finance broker.
