Process was made so easy, that we were never in a doubt or anxiety to find out if our finance will go through or not because of following reasons. We were given estimated borrowing capacity before the pre-approval stage. The amount was spot on and matched the letter from bank. I was amazed by the level of communication and the transparency throughout the whole process. I never had to chase him for the status of our application or a progress of the application because we were always kept in a loop. Excellent knowledge of the products available. Excellent recommendations but never tried to push any particular product. I always felt in control. I can't recommend him enough. Will definitely use his services again in future.

Rohith is an excellent agent who helped me every step of the way from getting me the pre-approval to finally buying my first home!! It was an absolute delight to work with him. He is very friendly and very responsive, always available to pick up my call and answer my never ending questions whether it was 7 am in the morning 9.30 at night. Not only that he was always updating me , checking with me how things are working and even called me help me with house hunting and called me while I was Overseas as well. He was always ahead of the process, and would call and guide me to be prepared for the next step , so nothing is delayed. He also was nice enough to always advise me on market conditions and how it would affect me, as my process was during when everything was drastically changing. When I experienced a lot of delays and issues from the bank, he was always there to help me coordinate all that as well.
