This is my second time with Rohith DSouza as my broker. First for my first ever home mortgage and now for a refinance. That’s proof enough that the man is so experienced and his knowledge in his field, that prompted me to go with him a second time. Rohith does not push you unlike other mortgage brokers, but will be put out multiple options before you. This is one guy who works for you rather than working for the banks. Along with a clear comparison and pros and cons of each options provided, he bargained with the banks to get me a better deal in terms of rate and flexibility. I was able to consolidate quite a few of my other debts with this refinance, that’s solely because Rohith was able to get me a better valuation through multiple different banks. Because of this deal I am now able to save atleast $1800 per month and I am now paying at a lesser interest rate. That’s how good it gets when you engage with Rohith.
