Rohith has been very helpful with the entire home loan process, from start to finish. This is the first time I have had to get a loan and Rohith took the time to explain all the features and which ones would be most relevant for me. When I had any questions, he would answer them, but would also confirm with the bank to ensure there was no uncertainty. Rohith has been great with keeping me up to date on the entire process of the home loan. Whenever forms and documents were required, he would call to make sure I understood what was required and why. He would also send follow up emails, which helped me have a paper trail of the entire process. Rohith has been very easy to get a hold of and is very quick with his emails. He is also available to talk after 5pm which is very helpful when I am at work and often cannot talk during work hours. I also feel that Rohith has really looked out for me during this process. He explained that interest rates could rise and the safety of using the rate lock feature, which came in handy when the interest rates did rise. He has been extremely helpful over the entire loan process and I would highly recommend his services.

Rohit from Craig Financial Services is the most patient mortgage broker I’ve encountered and also the most knowledgeable about the bank’s lending process and the products available. He helped us structure a complex deal under a Company structure for our duplex properties. Being in QLD and using a Victorian broker for the first time was never an issue. Rohith takes all the pain and hassle out of the process and makes it so seamless and easy. We hold multiple properties so obtaining the right finance & a broker that 100% understands our financial setup is crucial to us. Rohit’s communication is always outstanding. This is my second time with Rohith DSouza as my broker. First for my first ever home mortgage and now for a refinance. That’s proof enough that the man is so experienced and his knowledge in his field, that prompted me to go with him a second time. Rohith does not push you unlike other mortgage brokers, but will be put out multiple options before you. This is one guy who works for you rather than working for the banks. Along with a clear comparison and pros and cons of each options provided, he bargained with the banks to get me a better deal in terms of rate and flexibility. I was able to consolidate quite a few of my other debts with this refinance, that’s solely because Rohith was able to get me a better valuation through multiple different banks. Because of this deal I am now able to save atleast $1800 per month and I am now paying at a lesser interest rate. That’s how good it gets when you engage with Rohith. A thorough professional, easy to deal with and above all a well networked guy in his field.
