I really enjoyed working with Ruban, he recently helped me buy an investment property and I found him to be highly knowledgeable and responsive during the buying process. My loan was more complex because to get serviceability it was required to get my stock compensation (part of my pay is in company stocks) taken into account which other brokers had not been able to do, and Ruban helped me to navigate through this.
