Great communication and proactive problem solving

Sam was very attentive throughout the whole finance application process. We had several challenges throughout, including getting our credit score where it needed to be, he assisted in finding the right lender who would accommodate our situation. He also was very proactive in following up issues we had specific documentation that wasn’t managing to find its way to our respective email addresses. Sam was great conduit between the financial institutions and ourselves and what steps we had to undertake throughout the whole process.
