Scott was excellent to deal with. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. He explained everything very thoroughly and in a way I could understand, and presented me with all of my options in a clear and concise manner. He was also very responsive to any queries I had. It was a brokers and clients worst nightmare but neither could control the bank. The bank manger from Westpac went “walk about” and we all couldn’t do anything! Scott stay strong and faithful to us and never gave up and got the state manager involved and fix the issues and deal over the line!!
