Scott certainly was able to get me the best home loan that was best suited for myself. Scott and his Staff were always very obliging and helpful. I was kept up to date at all times with what was going on in relation to settlements. I came to know about Scott through referral. I kid you not… I went to clairvoyant and the clairvoyant’s husband knew of Scott and of his highly respected reputation in the industry. The appointment upfront with Scott impressed us. His ability to build rapport, get to know our borrowing needs and how much money we were prepared to borrow. I liked that we weren’t trying to borrow more than we could afford. He was upfront about the lending products and the commission. We found the process of getting pre approval pretty seamless. We made an offer around Christmas and during a spike in Covid cases. He kept us informed at every step of the way and helped out by calling the Real estate agent when we needed an extension for our finance. He even went the extra step to chase these things while on his own holidays What can I say about Scott? He’s prompt, professional and efficient. Jo his Office Manager is equally efficient and professional. We were happy with the banks on offer and our questions were asked. We were given realistic timeframes as to the turn-around times for lending. The extras that Scott provided were his experience in lending, personal anecdotes / traps for young players to avoid and a realistic understanding of the lending process. He follows up to see that you understand what you’re signing up to and even follows through after the sale has gone through.
