Sonya was an absolute professional and has exemplary communication skills. She explained everything in detail from the application of our loans for refinancing and purchasing our first investment property. She answered all our questions and kept us updated throughout the loan application and approval process. She offered advice on competitive interest rates and the best lenders and was able to secure our loans and cross securitise them and explain what this meant. She answered every email, call and text message promptly. She assisted us with knowing where to get information she required rather than us having to be detectives.
