Sonya was an absolute professional and has exemplary communication skills. She explained everything in detail from the application of our loans for refinancing and purchasing our first investment property. She answered all our questions and kept us updated throughout the loan application and approval process. She offered advice on competitive interest rates and the best lenders and was able to secure our loans and cross securitise them and explain what this meant. She answered every email, call and text message promptly. She assisted us with knowing where to get information she required rather than us having to be detectives. She was always friendly and a straight shooter and let us know from the get go how much we could borrow to allow us to look and make an offer on our investment property without delays. She went above and beyond what we have experienced with previous mortgage brokers who left us hanging and would not answer our questions in what I considered a reasonable time frame. She didn’t bombard us with useless emails and sent us updates about changes to interest rates and what this means for us. She worked around the clock and the fact she is a mother and wife and she was still able to help us during what i consider to be cutting into her family time means she really cared about making and maintaining a therapeutic relationship with her clients. Her use of appropriate humour throughout a stressful process meant we were able to have a laugh when we were playing the waiting game while waiting for lenders to approve our loan. She was kind, considerate, supportive and empathetic towards our needs and I would definitely recommend that anyone needing a broker should give her a call. I will definitely be contacting her for any further refinancing or new purchases as she is a really wonderful broker who is an expert in her field.
