Stephen was recommended to me when I was inspecting a property and after our initial conversations, I wasn’t completely sold on using a broker. I approached a lender directly and realised home loan applications are not as straight forward as they have been in the past. Stephen stayed in touch and thankfully I decided to proceed with his service. In January Stephen assisted me to reduce the interest rates I was on with my lender, then worked with me to refinance my loan to an even more competitive rate with a new lender.
