I often don't get around to writing reviews, but this one I had to do. Simply put, Tim Perry has been incredible. He made himself available, took the time to explain my options and the upsides and downsides, and was quick to react to any concerns I had around the mortgage process. The rate he secured for me was also extremely competitive. I looked at personal and investment property mortgages twice over 6 months and neither eventuated, but Tim was still happy to jump in and help me on my most recent home loan. Right through to settlement he was the guy who knew what was going on, even when my conveyancer did not and the bank were slow and unreachable. I could not have asked more from him.
