It was a an amazing experience to work Tim. Very professional, kept us informed on the changes in the market. Tim managed the whole process from the beginning to end leaving me stress free. I highly recommend Tim for your financing needs as he is a one stop shop.
It was a great experience to work with Tim. He went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted.
Tim worked with us over a number of months through the highs and lows of house hunting and our changing requirements. He was so accommodating in adjusting his recommendations based on our changing needs, was always responsive when we had questions and really kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Tim and will definitely use him for future re-financing or mortgage needs.
Tim was great. Really helpful and got us through the maze of different banks and products. He was really responsive and explained everything clearly. We had a few tricky aspects with equity release and a short settlement; Tim guided us through it all easily. Highly recommend him.
Nothing was too much trouble for Tim we are grateful for his assistance and support through the process.
We were very happy with Tim's service. We moved the goal posts a few time on him but he kept guiding us until we got the outcome we were after. I feel we asked a lot of questions but he was always quick to respond and happy to jump on the phone when we needed. Highly recommend his services.
Tim made refinancing easy - he presented all options in an easy to understand manner and his communication was quick and responsive.
Tim went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I had. Including answering my messages at random hours of the day. Some questions I should've probably asked my conveyance lawyer, I found Tim was more helpful on. Good job Tim!
We have used Tim a couple of times to refinance and both times have been easy, quick and ultimately resulted in a better financial outcome for us. 5 stars
Tim is a professional broker with a supportive and caring attitude. It was a great experience having him as our broker.
I found Tim professional and very personable. Switching my investment loan with Tim was easy. He organised everything from his end and provided the correct timeline, expectations and instructions along the way. The bits I had to do myself were due the vagaries of the particular institution, but Tim guided us through the whole process. I woudn't hesitate to recommend Tim as your mortgage broker.
Despite our mortgage being more complicated than most, Tim knew exactly what to do and guided us through the entire process. We had spoken with other brokers, but a quick phone call with Tim convinced us that he was the best person for the job. Our mortgage journey hit many stumbling blocks along the way, but every part handled by Tim was easy and stress-free. Tim was always easy to contact, always friendly, and even answered some of our questions before we could ask them. We would highly recommend Tim Perry to anybody looking for a mortgage broker.
