We have used Toby twice now to re-mortgage our properties. He showed the initiative and smarts to contact us during COVID to inform us of some great loan offers, using his knowledge of our situation (from our first loan application through him) to demonstrate the tens of thousands of $ we would save but also how it fit into our longer term plans. We were worried about the amount of work involved (when we were busy enough with COVID-issues) but he made it seamless and easy, coming to our office on the weekend to work out the paperwork and hold our hand throughout. Toby is easy to deal with, laid back and always answers his mobile, deals with slow banks without losing his cool and - most importantly - gets RESULTS. You couldnt ask for more in a broker, give him a try you wont be disappointed!

Toby is a calm, reassuring and reliable broker. He is never fazed by the cumbersome processes of the banks or all of their different (sometimes non-sensical) lending policies, products and criteria. He has always more focussed on getting us the best result for our mortgages/refinances than other brokers who have cared more about their reputation with the banks. He has great relationships with the banks anyway just because of his lovely, calm and reasonable manner. Also, unlike other brokers, he speaks in simple, plain English which is helpful and avoids unnecessary confusion.
