On initial meeting re purchase a home Toby was to the point and upfront about our options. We came back with a quick 5 day settlement at short notice, slightly above our discussed price point. Toby and the team delivered with full approval for exactly what we needed in 3 days. Communication through out was excellent and we could not have asked for more. Would definitely recommend!
