I feel horrible for Vicky - the amount of times my partner and I have rung her and asked the silliest questions, yet Vicky is always so chirpy, and shares her knowledge in a way we understand (we are not finance-minded at all). Vicky often follows up to ask how we’re going and how we’re feeling regarding our mortgage and is honestly so helpful. When we first purchased our house, we wanted to arrange finance ourselves - what a HUGE mistake that was! We didn’t even tell anyone we purchased a house because we were being mucked around by the bank so much - our conveyancer recommended Vicky and we have never looked back! Within a matter of 2 days our finance was approved and the house was ours - had it not been for Vicky we would have been in a world of strife, and probably back to square one, looking to buy our first home all over again. Since then Vicky has kept contact with us, and we recently refinance with Vickys assistance - she was able to find us a much better interest rate with great incentives which is now saving us a lot of money (and considering we’re renovating/extending we’re very appreciative of this). We couldn’t recommend Vicky enough and will not be going to any other broker in the near future.
