The double garage was another huge drawcard, offering secure parking and extra storage, something that's not always easy to find. We've also loved the deck and balcony - especially during summer. There's something special about enjoying a morning BBQ outside or winding down in the evening with a glass of wine as the day cools off. This was our first property in Australia, so we cared for it deeply and made thoughtful improvements along the way. Upstairs flooring has been updated, all fans were replaced just three months ago, and every air-conditioning unit throughout the home is brand new - with air conditioning in every room for year-round comfort. We even added quality artificial grass to the deck to create a safe, soft play space for the kids, turning it into an extension of our living area.
