Water - Stock water is supplied via two bores pumping to storage tanks and gravity feeding to stock troughs. One bore is equipped with a windmill and flushcap pump, pumping 800 to 1200 litres per hour into a 22,500 litre poly tank. The second bore is equipped with a solar panel and electric submersible pumping 1600 to 2400 litres per hour into 22,500 litre poly tank. The cultivation area has a variety of quality 4 barb, wood and steel post fence and also some older fencing with two plain wire two barb wire that is stock proof. 9 paddocks in total. Livestock capacity - 50 cows and calves through to 250 kg weaner. With surplus feed from winter forage crops there is the opportunity to increase cattle numbers throughout this grazing period. In the past it has comfortably carried an extra 50 - 60 dry cattle to 380 kg through this peak feed period.
