The fourth bedroom is positioned separately, complete with its own bathroom and kitchenette, creating a highly versatile space. Whether used as a teenager's retreat, guest accommodation, home office, or private gym, this additional area adds significant flexibility to the home. There is also a large storage area under the lounge room accessed by stairs the space provides choice such as rumpus room or tv room or study area or child's play room and so much more. This home not only offers character and warmth but is also nestled within private, beautifully landscaped gardens that enhance its charm and street appeal. The established surrounds create a relaxed and leafy setting, providing a perfect balance of indoor comfort and outdoor serenity. Curtin is a blue-ribbon location, ideally positioned on Woden's side closest to the Parliamentary Triangle. Renowned for its quality schools, parks, and playing fields, it remains a highly sought-after suburb for families and professionals alike. With local shopping, cafés, and public transport all close at hand, this fantastic home is just a short drive to the CBD and within easy walking distance of the vibrant Curtin shopping precinct, offering both convenience and lifestyle in equal measure. From the owners point of view- We loved the location of 60 Morgan Crescent, Curtin. It's a stone's throw from the nature reserve and Curtin oval, which was perfect for young children and a dog. We enjoyed the short drive to work in the Parliamentary triangle and the city, or cycling to work by rolling down See Place to the beautiful bike path at the end of the street. The Curtin shops were a big drawcard - they feel like a local community, but have a Coles, a bakery, multiple good cafes, a Vietnamese restaurant, two pubs, a post office, a chemist and much more. Curtin Primary, Holy Trinity and several childcare options are also right near the shops. On the weekend, we liked walking through beautiful Curtin to the shops, often with a stop at one of the many playgrounds on the way. At the house itself, we spent a lot of time in the living room with a cup of tea (or a glass of wine) and looking at the Telstra Tower. The deck was also a favourite, and we used it year-round given the orientation and protection from the wind. We used the rumpus room downstairs for a movie or sports night, a gym, a home office, and a playroom for kids. The granny flat offered privacy (and extra income!) from a Parliamentary staffer during sitting weeks, and friends and relatives who visited from interstate.
