Cheryl then moved to Yarraman 15 years ago but has remained a large part of the Blackbutt community. Amazing go getter, she will have your house sold in a Jiffy.

Chloe is a ball of energy that will get the job done. She has been amazing to work with on our journey of selling our home. She has amazing local knowledge and puts herself amongst her community. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she always made herself available to answer any of our questions or concerns. Her relaxed approach but energy to deliver was welcomed in a time that can be very stressful. Chloe was very accommodating during the sales period and was more than happy to make changes when required. Smooth and seamless sale and transaction

Cheryl is a local who has years of history in the area. Being local, she knows the area well and is very well connected. Cheryl had our property sold off market, and communicated between the buyers and ourselves very well. Would use Cheryl again if we were buying or selling in the area.

Not happy at all

We were lucky with no advertising no board on the front the lawn. Agent had a client already for our place and they were prepared to wait while we found a new place getting out bided 6 times made life difficult. we found it hard with the new rules to have to send the settlement dates of to the conveyancers, repeat all the paperwork we had done sending to people five times, did wonder many times what was going on when the agent really did not have to sell our place and we got hit with the full agents fees. In today's world when the seller has to do a lot of paperwork before putting their property on the market there should be better negations available. Dealing with property interstate is another factor when all parties can not even get the settlement date right and once again it costs the seller.

Cheryl helped our move be less stressful with her open communication and friendliness.

Cheryl was lovely to deal with, a friendly, happy and very professional agent. She would always return our calls if she was busy, even on her day off. Communication was excellent. She answered all our questions. I would not hesitate to deal with Cheryl again, and would highly recommend her.

I was able to rely on their professional knowledge and could fully trust the sales process.
