Trying to line things up with the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home we bought through Ann-maree was made so much easier with her down to earth nature and was simply lovely to work with. We are more then happy with our purchase through Main Streer Realty in Blackbutt. Would highly recommend them for any purchases in the area.

Mark's initial meeting with us was friendly and open, when we discussed our initial asking price, he did not refute it, but encouraged us to ask what we wanted. That ended up being a mistake and when he gave us knowledge of the prices in the area a couple of months later, we dropped the price and then got more enquiries. As we were quite keen to sell, we agreed to an auction, this was attended by nobody due to Covid restrictions, so advertising and organised for nothing. We were not offered another day when restrictions were lifted and then had to drop the price again. Taleah and Vanessa came every weekend for open houses and were encouraging us all along, but very frustrated with our selling price in the end
