Great Agent to Deal with

After listing our property with another "major brand" real estate agent for 4 months and having communication issues with potential buyers being left on the side of the road, feedback that people were unable to get hold of the agent and also zero offers we decided to list with Courtney and Pat. The response was immediate. We had multiple potential buyers come out and view which resulted in 3 offers simultaneously. Courtney's communication was excellent and she was very easy to deal with and answered all questions promptly. All potential buyers were given the correct information and maps. All questions were answered and if she didn't know something she would ask us for clarification so the buyers were fully informed before arrival. We couldn't recommend Courtney highly enough and she should be extremely proud of the way that her and Pat conduct themselves professionally.
