Upfront, Efficient and Personable

Pat assisted us with the sale of our mother’s house. Him and Courtney were great to do with through the whole process including appraisal, sales strategy, offer and settlement. Pat was realistic with price and negotiation when we a quick sale was required ensuring we got the best price for the market at the time. Definitely recommend Pat to assist with selling your home.
