We have been working with Karl & Celeste for a few years now. We purchased our current investment property from Karl and was so happy with how he handled the whole sales process that we decided that he and 1840 Real Estate were the right people to support us and manage it as a rental property. We are provided timely statements, excellent and detailed inspection reports and they always listen and address any of our concerns. They have been a good guide to advising us on the current rental market and what is not only fair for us but also for the tenant. We are fortunate that they have found us an excellent tenant whom has always cared for our property like we would our own. We see our selves as a lucky property investor where we have excellent support with our agent and the tenant that they found for us.
