They communicated positively and made it clear what the aim was. They replied to all messages almost instantly. They showed that they have a thorough knowledge of the market. They strategically tested the absolute max and pulled back to the best amount with immaculate timing. Yet another of many fantastic professional experiences for us! Yes, the market is strong in our suburb for rental, but we felt like we came out with a big win getting the same or better results than other similar investors. Top job!

Celeste and Karl are absolutely fantastic real estate agents! One of the things I loved most was that 1840 Real Estate is a smaller company, which means their service feels incredibly personal, attentive, and truly genuine. They went above-and-beyond in finding the right tenant for my property, and their care and communication were outstanding. After dealing with larger real estate companies in the past — where it often felt like they were focused on themselves rather than working with me — this experience was a breath of fresh air.
