We used 1840 Real Estate to sell my parent's home. Selection was based on price (where they were very competitive) , a straight forward approach, and sensible thoughts on how to market the property. We live interstate and only met face to face a few times, but that was not a real barrier. Karl and Dennis kept us well informed on progress on negotiations, were straightforward on the offers that were made and the paperwork was almost faultless. We ended up selling prior to auction and were happy with the price. They were also very helpful and flexible around dealing with the house contents that we did not want.

Terrific crew. Real estate agent, mortgage broker and property managers all rolled into one.. Made purchasing, financing and leasing out of our investment property totally pain free. We were always kept up to date, and received prompt replies to any questions we may have asked via email or text. During the sale process Karl continually followed up potential purchasers and encouraged them to put in an offer.He was particularly good at handling any negative aspects raised by them by putting same into perspective. Given that I was able to sign a contract at a sale price I was happy with only one week after the first open inspection day it goes without saying that I was very satisfied with his efforts.
