Absolutely FABULOUS experience!
All I have to say is WOW. I was so nervous buying my first home and wasn't sure what to expect but Marilyn helped me with everything from silly questions to helping me understand the process. Great Agent - Will definitely refer

Sale of Investment Property in Falling Market
Very happy with Reace, who appraised our house at a higher value than other agents who were struggling to make sales in a falling WA property market and trying to make a quick sale. Reace was very diligent in having regular home openings and ad hoc ones as well. His commission was very competitive and he achieved the sale price we were hoping for.
