Joel and his team are awesome!!! They provided us with accurate estimates and timelines, developed a LOW-stress, very flexible and extremely effective marketing strategy, and executed the sale very professionally!!! Nothing was too much trouble, Joel made adjustments as necessary on the move, kept us FULLY informed the whole way, and maintained a positive, calm, professional outlook the whole way through. We were expecting good things, but our expectations were exceeded by a LONG way!!!!! I cannot recommend this crew highly enough, they are champions!!!!!

Alicia was amazing as our agent!!!! She gave us a very accurate appraisal of our property, walked us through the strategy, made life VERY easy and was completely transparent about everything. Communication was excellent, we spoke at least daily throughout the process, and she was always on the ball. Nothing was too much trouble. She had great instincts, and made suggestions that I am sure were critical to the successful sale of our property. I cannot recommend Alicia and the team at 3Realty more highly. You won't do better, it is honestly that simple. they are the BEST!!!!!!
