A pleasure to deal with
Nirali and the receptionist Kelly were very pleasant and easy to talk to during phone discussions and prompt in getting back to us with information and responses to questions. Nirali was respectful, thoughtful and made us feel like VIPs when we did the signing and hand over with the keys. Kim and I felt welcome and at ease in all our contact with Nirali and would recommend Nirali to anyone that was looking for a property in her area. Excellent agency
Very realistic reestate agent set my expectation properly. Gave direction around what needs to be done before letting out. Came prepared with market analysis and comparisons for me to get insight into the state of the market. Above all leased out the property in the first week itself. I would highly recommend Nirali as she is truly passionateabout what she do and able to respond to me promptly to my queries and that was the primary reason why choose 361 over another prominent agency

Excellent service
I am really very impressed with the excellent service provided and continuing by 361 degrees agents from the start. 361 degrees has a very high understanding and dedicated sales representatives,They helped me to inspect the property to buy and the paper works were prepared even after their working hours as I requested. 361 degrees have experienced property and the rental Management team with the nominal administration cost. They do advise about the changes in tenancy act and the rental demand around that area.
